Adam is a trial lawyer who represents injured individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, throughout Florida and Kentucky. His practice is focused on holding negligent individuals, corporations, and insurance companies accountable, particularly in cases involving catastrophic injuries, such as motor vehicle crashes, trucking/semi-truck crashes, crashes involving pedestrians, premises liability, and medical negligence.

Unlike high-volume “factory firms,” Adam takes a hands-on, client-centered approach—personally working with each client from intake through resolution. Adam combines strategic litigation and trial skills with a deep and up-to-date understanding of medicine (having previously represented hospital systems and physician groups on the defense-side), case valuation, and trial presentation to optimize outcomes. He works closely with top experts and healthcare providers to build compelling, evidence-driven cases designed to withstand scrutiny and succeed in the courtroom. His passions include representing clients with Traumatic Brain Injuries, spine injuries, nerve injuries, injuries affecting the musculoskeletal system, and beyond.

Known for his responsiveness, preparation, skills in the courtroom and relentless advocacy, Adam is committed to guiding his clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives while pursuing the full justice and compensation they deserve.
